Our Mission

SaaSLens exists because choosing business software shouldn’t require a PhD in reading between the lines of marketing copy. We test software the way you use it — in real workflows, with real teams, solving real problems.

How We Review

Every product we review goes through the same process:

1. Hands-on testing — We use the software for a minimum of 30 days
2. Real scenarios — We test with actual businesses, not toy setups
3. Multiple perspectives — We gather feedback from different team roles
4. Regular updates — We re-test our recommendations quarterly

Our Team

We’re a small team of former operators, consultants, and developers who got tired of shallow “top 10” lists. We bring real experience from SaaS companies, small businesses, and enterprise IT.

Editorial Independence

We never accept payment for placement in our rankings. Products cannot buy a review or a higher rating. When we earn affiliate commissions, it doesn’t affect our editorial decisions — period.
